MEASUREMENT, ANALYSIS & KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT

Based on 2011 data, less than 1 order per 1,000 resulted in a complaint regarding manufacturing quality. Of the issues we did experience in 2011, 92% were acknowledged within one business day. We resolved 67% of these issues in one week and 80% within two weeks. In 2011, 98% of the orders delivered by Entegra were shipped in full on the scheduled date communicated to our customers. An additional 1% of the orders that could not be delivered on a single truck were delivered in full by the end of the next business day.

The Ludowici legacy of Old World craftsmanship started 400 years ago in Rome where the Ludovisi family became famous for its expertly crafted roof tile.
